I havent seen one in months. I know my subscription is good because I just re-newed it last year for a 3 year run. I dont understand how something soo good takes soo long to get. I thought it was a Bi-monthly but it seems now its quarterly. I dont know I guess I will have to call them

Just got my March/April issue out of the mail box. Great issue, Gotta luv Deep Crankin! One problem, my mag looks like it has been hanging out in the mens room at the post office, all crumpled up.....probably how my missing FLW mag met its fate. :( Wish more magazines were sent in plastic wraping.

I wish someone could tell us why we can never get the magazine on time. Over the years they are and have always been late, late late. Other magazines get here on time. So what is the problem.
I have never recieved one on time.

Last issue I got was the Jan/Feb issue. If it wasn't 95% advertising, I might get pissed about it.
I had to come back...I know...

ha! there have been so many threads regarding this issue I don't even worry about the mag until I see it. In fact, I dont even know who was on the cover of the last one I got... I think the last time this was brought up ol' Tom Leogrande got busted up pretty good defending the mag and putting delivery issues on the USPS..this round must be from new subscribers not familiar with how the mag is delivered

I guess we can all drop dead in waiting for the current issue as far as the publisher is concerned !!!

I just know that if I had the attitude as Bass West dose in delivery service I would not have any business period , excuses or not !!

So now I just sit on my hands and wait like every one else dose. and they can take there old sweet time in getting it to us.

We grumble about it when it doesnt show up in our mail box like we think it should, and then kiss up to em when it dose and go gaga when we do get the latest mag. Funny how we allow this to happen and continue to re-order. And except there reason for being late all ways.

Sorry guys but there is no excuse for bad service, no matter how good it is. If ya were getting service on your Bass Boat or Truck would allow it ???. Nope I dint think so !! So how come ya do NOW !!!

You are absolutely right. It is disgusting the excuses they are always giving.

When my subscription expires they can kiss my "bass" goodbye.

PS I try not to post bad things here.... but it is ridiculous for the magazine to take so long to get out to the subscribers. I'm not trying to bash anyone, but come on......

You know, we always called each other goodfellas. Like, you'd say to somebody: "You're gonna like this guy; he's all right. He's a goodfella. He's one of us." You understand? We were goodfellas, wiseguys.

Does anyone here pay for the subcscription by means other than a US Angler's Choice membership? Thats the only reason I had a subscription... I got it by default. I let my membership expire in January and apparently I haven't missed an issue.

Well I finally put my money where my mouth is and dropped Bass West. Sad that I had to do it but years of crappy service has finally played it's toll with me. I was told on Swimbait nation that the recent issue was online. Well I couldn't get onto it so I emailed Bass West. They told me that this was my last issue and I couldn't view it online because of that. I was like gee I paid for the damn thing why can't I view my last issue online then cut me off. That was the straw that finally broke the camels back and I told her that as well in a reply email.

In place of Bass West I picked up Bass Anglers Guide. I met Mark Lassangne at Icast. Seems like a nice guy :) He gave me 2 issues for the plane ride. Very nice publication!!

I don't and that's the only reason I get the magazine. I'm not going to beat them up, they know they have issues  , and this has been going on for awhile now.

It's good to read there's an alternative available besides Bass Master, FLW and the like. I'll give your guide a try when I see one.
Hope it holds water  !

That is awesome! This reminds me of an answer I got from bait company regarding a missing item on an order. When I called customer service to ask why the item wasn't shipped, the operator answered with complete silence! If I hadn't asked again she would have just sat there with what I imagined as a dumbfounded look on her face...I was so amazed at the response I hung up the phone and fired off an email(to which i have yet to receive a response, 2 months later)

You gotta love solid customer service, or lack there of..
