delta map card?

I have a lcx lowrance and was wondering what map card i need to get for the delta?

Nautic Path by Lowrance. Gene at the hook has them on hand. Bobby D.

Navionics 2008 Hotmaps Premium (West) has the 'Sacramento River' on it.

A recent thread was saying that the NauticPath was better though. I have never used the NauticPath myself. I didn't realize when shopping for cards that it covered the Delta.

And the Platinum has High Def of Franks and other areas on the delta. Last year Navionics did a delta survey- I have the 2007 Hot Maps Premium it has the delta on it, however it is 5' topo (almost usless as a topo on the delta) and the Nuatic has the tide data built in.

which card do you think has the most detail? Tide charts work well enough/far enough into the Delta?

I have been getting frustrated with trying to find the one that has the delta. I have the west coast hot map but it doesnt have the delta or some of the other lakes i go to. (not impressed)
Thanks for the info. I will call and order it from the hook tommorrow. I would have done it on-line but its not there.

Hey longshot contact Vince Harris with FPT he knows the guys from Navionics pretty well. The High Def thing was information given to me by Navionics.

Civ- I am not an expert on maps do know that the Nautic is preferred for the delta and the tidal charts are wicked cool. I have the 07 hot maps premium in my X17 and I can navigate fine on the delta. The only lake I have been on that the unit does not have is New Melones and its my understanding that they surveyed New Melones this year and it may(should) be out on the 09 chart. Again this is information given to me by a Navionics Rep at a FPT Electronics seminar....so the bias would go toward them.
