Triton Owners Tournament still scheduled for Shasta

Post by kb »

The Triton Owners Tournament is still scheduled for Lake Shasta October 25 & 26. We have been told that we will have a launch ramp at Bridge Bay Resort and at this point we will still be holding the event out of Lake Shasta. For more information you can check out www.tritonboats.com. We will be giving away a fully rigged TR200 with a Mercury 225 Optimax to one of our Triton owners at this event.

You couldn't ask for it to be any better! You can launch two boats at a time and park 100 boats next to the water and another 200 a short walking distance! The lake is still huge probably bigger now low than most lakes full, not sure what the big deal is and fishing is on fire!

I was out 3 days on Shasta launched from Bridge Bay. I don't ever recall Shasta being this low this time of the year. By October 25 she will be down another 18 feet if we do not get rain. Launching two boats at a time can be done IF you take your time and line up just right. But under a tourney launch ha... good luck launching two at a time. The ramp takes a left at the bottom and if Bridge Bay doesn't re-arrange some docks there will be no ramp. Fishing is mixed according to those I talked with, alot of small fish with a rare 2lb+ millions of tiny shad and the fish are greedily feeding. I hope the TOT gets to happen. Be safe there is danger on Shasta if you are not familliar, not everthing is marked.

Weekend of the the ABA CL TOC on Fri/Sat !!

I need to give KB a big hug and reach around something big-time soon ! Mabey at the FLW ?
You know, we always called each other goodfellas. Like, you'd say to somebody: "You're gonna like this guy; he's all right. He's a goodfella. He's one of us." You understand? We were goodfellas, wiseguys.

Jigs,

I don't think I'm going to make the tournament this year either. It's the weekend of our anniversary and my daughter's due date for her baby. Plus it wouldn't be any fun if I didn't get to fish with you.

Come on Norv, I'll fish with you. JK, I'm not going either. Two mortgages is killing my fishing. Went out float tubing the other day 'cause I got no gas in the boat!

NoCal,

It would be great to fish with you. But, I don't think my family is in favor of me missing our anniversary and the birth of my daughter's baby. But, if we won the raffle for the new boat it would go a long ways towards your mortgage payments and my anniversary and baby presents!!!

I hear the club tournament at Berryessa was won with two fish!!!

Dang, I wish I was there, I caught about 10 last Friday. Spoons and dropshot worked for me. Hope to be heading up there again this weekend.
