Try M&M camground. They have a launch ramp as well as power to charge your boat at night.

for tent camping ya cant beat the state park. if u are in a rv of some sort there are no hookups but still a great place if ya have batteries or a generator, i have done both many times. edgewater resort is another great place for rv type camping but i would launch at the state park then use edgewaters docks...rocks near the end of the ramp and pretty narrow.....

Just stayed at Edgewater for the FLW and was nice. Of course it rained the entire stay. The ramp was closed with the low water but they opened it just as the the event closed. We were able to talk about the price and the lady made us a great deal. You just have to ask. The launch at Ferndale next door was just fine. $10.00 but if you let him know you will be launching more times he made us a great deal (winter season). The park is cheaper. If you have kids they will love the 25+ ducks that greet you at edgewater.

Island RV Park at Clear Lake Oaks is top notch. They have their own launch ramp, docks in the keys with power to charge your boat, and Jess and Susan are the nicest hosts around. http://www.islandrvpark.com/

I have camped at State Park several times and I am going back this spring break. I prefer camping on the outer edge of the "loops", but along the creek is not bad either. You have to leave your boat in the main parking lot to charge it up, but there are many outlets there so just bring a 25 to 50 foot extension cord.

if you have other questions about state park you can PM me.

Good luck and enjoy,

Clear Lake State park in Kelseyville is a beautiful park. It is well maintained and offers great access to the lake. I do not think you would be disappointed.

is a dump. Great location with tons of potential, but it seriously needs some renovations.
