Need to look for a Mercury Mechanic in the Alameda Area. Any referrals would be great. Since my boat is in that area, I rather look for another mechanic.

I service my mercury at the Outboard Motorshop in Oakland. It's just across the Park Street bridge on the estuary.

Don’t know anyone in Alameda but here in Contra Costa go see Steve, Rich, Anthony, and Frank at Inland Marine. They are all certified Mercury Mechanic and know what they are doing. Then once they are done go to the Delta for a test run!
