Now for the queen, if he takes it out and shows it to her, I don't think she would consider it a sign of respect. Did you spend this much time analyzing every move WJC made? You are starting to show signs of paranoia. Maybe you need to watch a little more Bill Dance, he'll definately help you sloooow down and relax.

This will all blow over and life will be fields of daisies before you even realize it. Gay marraige will sweep the nation like a storm, an abortion clinic on every corner in every city of America. There will be ethnic pride days for each and every culture. We will see those whose generations have only known poverty, rise up and take their rightful place in America with well funded programs designed to help them obtain better lives. We'll see each and every American get health insurance. Americans will flock to dealerships to buy cars, backed by the full faith of the USA. Once again we will take our place at the helm of this new world order, and sow the seeds of the American dream amongst all the peoples of the world. They will shout Obama, Obama, Obama! Of course this will all be funded by the wealthiest 5%, so if your not in that group don't sweat it and learn to enjoy the free ride!

I really wish you were correct but BHO is like no other President this country has ever seen.

It is sweeping the nation for such a small group of only 2% but if we become a Socialized or are taken over by Islam they will be the first to go – the way our country is now Republic is the best protection they have.

I am certain that none of what you fear will ever come to pass. I don't believe Muslims will come in and take over our country, I don't fear Obama as President, I don't believe we're any more socialist today then we were in 1972 when every single thing in this country was regulated by our government. I have the same basic freedoms that I have always had, possibly more now that Bush/Cheney and their crew are out, our civil liberties are better entrusted to Obama than Bush i.e. patriot act.

We as a country have gone through many up and down cycles, both economically as well as moral issues. We have seen waves of conservativism, prohibition, slavery, right to vote, assassinations, civil rights fights, Vietnam era activism. We have weathered big storms and come out the other side. I have faith in the American spirit, after all being an American is the greatest privilege there is.

You take exception to Obama in almost every turn, your dislike for him clouds and distorts your vision. I don’t like Bush, however I know he is not the devil. And Obama is not a Muslim in sheep’s clothing either. Obama’s recent statements are a good example, your view is that he called Americans arrogant, yet clearly he did not. Anything is possible, yet it is improbable that most of what believe about Obama is true. I have my doubts about how much we can do in such a short period of time, but I know staying the course of the past eight years would have been an untenable situation at best.

The dreaded and evil redistribution of wealth, this is already happening, but not at the hands of this administration. It is being cannibalized from within. The gap between those who hold vast equities and very little debt and those who hold great debt but very little equity has fully matured and no longer sustainable. There must take place some redistribution, hopefully I can position myself on the receiving side of this.

We have never had a true capitalist economy here in the USA, in fact it is but a theory that has never existed in practice. We have a hybrid economy a mixture of socialism and capitalism, you needn’t worry that we’re becoming socialist. We have always been a socialist country, to some degree or another. Just as pure communism isn’t a sound economic policy, neither is pure capitalism.
And if you would like me to prove this to you I will happily do so. Anyone with a freshman economics education already understands this. We want our government to do something about high gas prices last summer, which is a no-no under capitalism. The same with any regulation of price or product in a capitalist society. Our aged who collect social security, sorry that program doesn’t exist. The capitalism you are so worried about is a myth and has never existed in your lifetime.

Again all I really have is faith, in my country and her citizens. We have travelled a long ways over the past 250 years on this continent and the American spirit has deep roots, her people are far stronger than you give credit. Do you honestly believe one man can undue this great country? The greatest part about being an American is the ability to be an active participant in the direction we take. If things are so bad why not run for city council, planning commission, water district, school board member, state legislator etc..? Did you actively get involved in your party and help your candidates during the last election?
