Well the end is near. WON Bass Nevada will be holding it's final tournament of the year on April 25, 2009 at Callville Bay on Lake Mead. With the point race for Anglers of the Year tight several teams still have a chance to win.
We will hold tournament registration at the Hawthorn Inn and Suites at 910 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, Nevada. The hotel is located on the Southeast corner of Boulder Highway and Palo Verde Dr. next to the Shell gas station. Registration will start at 5:00 pm and conclude at 6:30 pm. If you are unable to make the registration but would like to fish the tournament please call me at 714 580-7261. Those of you coming from out of town can take advantage of a special "Bass Rate" offered by our host hotel, Hawthorn Inn & Suites. You can call 702 568-7800 for reservations and additional information. I've stayed at the hotel and it is well worth the price. Great people and a great hotel. Please help support them as they support us.
We should launch between 5:30 and 5:45 am at safe light. Boat inspection and late registration will start at 4:00 am. Registration will be conducted at the restaurant at Callville Bay Marina.
Prior to the awards Stoney's Rockin' Country will be hosting our end of the year bar b que. All anglers and their families are invited to enjoy themselves. Our raffle will be held and a special prize to be raffled off courtesy of Randy Roundtree and Forever Resorts.
We are expecting great weather and hope you all will come out and enjoy some great fishing.
