I read a recent post in some other forum - mentioned a tourney at a local lake this past weekend. From what was said on the forum (I thankfully avoided that madhouse), the tourney org was keeping the weighed-in fish to transport to a remote location - to feed, then reintroduce into the lake after a month. This was supposedly sponsored by the city.
My question is why?
Why Would Tourney Orgs Keep the Fish?
Re: Why Would Tourney Orgs Keep the Fish?

Re: Why Would Tourney Orgs Keep the Fish?
I am not sure why they would, but it takes a speical permit from F&G to transport them to another body of water regardless of the reason....unless it was a F&G sponsored event that needed those fish for a project of some sort.
Maybe Jay or Kyle from F&G can chime in here!!!!!
