Bill Sieminski just bought a HDS-5, give him a call. I dont think that okie has it figured out yet.

i installed 1 on a Triton boat and tested it out a few times. loved it. seems to take a while to get used to. menu is different but its like a new phone. you hate it until you figure it out then you love it.

I just installed an HDS-8 on the console of my 03 Ranger 519 with a Ram mount and a shoot thru hull transducer. Kept my Humminbird 797 side imaging in the dash. No conflicts when the two are running simultaniously. Waiting for the other HDS-8 to arrive so I can install that on the bow. Spent Tues learning the new meter and getting it dialed in. This meter is awsone. Make sure you download the latest software from lowrance for the HDS-8 if it doesnt have it.

Just got the HDS7, shoot-thru, love it. first gps, and gotta say it's amazing. waiting for the side-imaging upgrade transducer option in the fall....

Anyone know if the Hot Maps HD platinum cards (the news ones that work) have come out yet? last word was May, but I haven't heard yet

For you guys into the latest and greatest. Dont forget the bottom feeders (me). I need a GPS and a graph for the dash. My Graphs were stolen along with everything else last Christmas and I cant afford a HD unit. I got a 510 for the front that needs a transducer or something, but it works most of the time for now.

Hey there is an 8 and two 5's in the classifieds.........
