Launch Ramp at Cliff House?

Launch Ramp at Cliff House?

Is there a launch ramp at Cliff House? If not, would it be better to launch at Viera's or Rio Vista? I want a safe place to leave my truck.

I have launched out of Vierra's several times with no problems.
