I have had numerous calls this afternoon regarding the fire north of Auburn, CA. The fire is a few miles from Skeet and Kim Reese's house but it has not at this time gone over Dry Creek Rd. I have talked to Kim and they have packed up in case they have to evacuate but are fine at this time. I am sure he will appreciate all the concern and I just posted this for the friends that can't get ahold of him and have called checking on him and his family.
Quite a few houses lost in that area today. Skeet is home this week.

Re: Fire in Auburn
It jumped Dry Creek and took out and estimated 50 homes and 275 acres are the initial reports. They have a line around it and morning well tell more.

Re: Fire in Auburn
Just heard from Skeet. His home is safe. The fire missed his neighborhood by about a mile.
