Plano Guide 4700

On the top tier I keep my weedslingers and money minnow type baits and on the bottom tier I keep 3 wood punkers a go 2 minnow and two shell crackers fits in my medium sized falcon tackle bag. I also have one of black dogs wallets I keep 2 6 inch punkers and a go 2 minnow in there as well. [/url]

Plano 3730, it's the same as the 3700 except twice as deep. Mine holds 12 punkers and 4 pencilpoppers with room for a few more 6" punkers. So far the 3730 is the best swimbait box in my opinion.

Storage? They should be tied on all the time.

I store my punker in a toothpaste box. It's a bit too big for my tackle boxes and I don't throw a lot of large swimbaits so I can't justify buying another tackle box just to accommodate it.

I use that Stowaway 4700 for my hooks and sinker box. I had the smaller double tiered one but it got too small, so I up-sized. But still, my top tier is just for hooks; some divided with additional diagonal cardboard dividers to give me even more spaces as I only need a dozen of each. Bottom for different size bullet, egg, d/s, tungsten weights and beads, shakey and jig heads, etc..

Boy is that thing heavy, but handy.

I also need to get another box for the swimmies as I've got one for smaller (3-5")already full, and the large box with medium/large soft swimmies and hard baits are now too full. I think I'll stick to large but not deep, it's hard to see what's below and takes more time to get down to them too. Sometimes you've got only seconds to get the right one out and use it.

All I need to get into the money would be the four I usually get along with a 20# kicker.

For what they cost, I keep mine in a big, old safe !!
Got to keep them hidden away from my budddies with 'sticky fingers'.

har, har, har !!

.......
Actually, I keep mine in my boat in their orginal boxes that they came in so they do not get scratched up, and keep those in a rectangular "tupperware" type of container marked Black Dogs.
