What's more impressive about JohnnyC's fish photo?

Post by Long Nguyen »

That spotted bass he's holding in his right hand is 6.15! That's a trophy spot in my book. I'd be super stoked to catch one that big.

Then in the other hand he's got a 13lb largemouth!

In your opinion, which of the two fish is more impressive?

I'm definetly more impressed with the teener. A 6#spot is a nice fish for sure. What really impresses me is the consistancy that this guy has when it comes to catching big spots. Nice work, keep it up Johnny.

as a percentage of the world record, both fish scor pretty close, i would call it a wash on which is bigger.

i would prefer the LMB, due to its larger overall size. but they score pretty close B&C...

Bassindon is no longer fishing? Don Mooreman, right?

I think the most impressive thing about that picture is how much weight he's lost!

Just kidding buddy...either one of those fish would make my year!

I think these bass are lucky to not have their jaws dislocated.

Those are both impressive fish. But I bet if you tied the spot and lm tail to tail the spot drags the lm around all day. BTW he is not hurting those fish because he is not hyper-extending their jaws

Either one would make my year for sure. I don't have any spots over 5 and I'm still looking for a DD largie.

I need to go fishing with Mike Andrews and Jonny C. soon!

the forked tail smaller mouth and I the few spots (being from socal) I have caught had a rough tongue. My biggest is only about three but it fought like a 5+ largemouth

Don I was up at the upper end this afternoon and the water was surprisingly clear. Temp was 53 and the island near the marina was under. So is the one by the bridge.
