My understanding is not anymore. All priorities have expired. They are not utilizing the previous year's protocol that would give a new signer priority over the existing list. All co-anglers currently on the waiting list have priority in the order they sign up over any new sign-up. They have so few boaters signed up the guys that signed up for all 4 still haven't been confirmed.

Yea, there was a pretty big thread about this prior to the Shasta Event. Robert is right, did I just say that? Anglers who signed for all 4 have priority over Co's signing with a Pro.
