26 and change! Wow, great job. Heard the wind howled but it was pretty wide out there. Hope all are safe. Rick G.

Another big fish that almost ( again) broke the record according to the wonbass update. Will be interesting to see what it takes to win as more big stringers are coming in today.

"DAY TWO MISSED IT BY THAT MUCH! Klicka's fish weighed 8.29 pounds, just a little less than half a pound from 10 K. Should be big fish money, but who knows with this star.

3 PM A huge bass is on the way according to Jeff Klicka, the angler. Could be TEN GRAND!"

Mike also missed the $10,000 bonus by .03 on the first try at the scales with his big bass. He asked for and got a reweigh and the fish came in the second time at 8.67 I believe. He claimed we waited until every drop of water had dripped off the fish before reweighing, but that wasn't the case. We must of caught the fish inhaling instead of exhaling when we read the weight the second time!

A lot of congratulations are being given to Mike, but let's also give a big hand to Joe Crawford from L.N. who as a triple A came in with a 2 day weight of 43.20.

Now answer me this? When have you seen a tournament where the two largest fish caught in a tournament were not in the "big bass" option? Well, just more $$$ to spread around.

Other noteworthy accomplishments:
The return of Dave Gilebe in the tie with John Morrow for 4th place.
1st out of the money, Dick Watson with 30.69lbs.
For sure it was two good days of fishing.

For you southern guys, see you at Lake Mohave May 21-22. Laughlin better batten down the hatches for this group!
