Did anyone see Mike Long on Loudmouth Bass earlier today?

Post by socalbasser »

Did anyone happen to catch the interview with Mike Long on the Loudmouth Bass show on ESPN2 at 4:40am this morning? Jay Kumar (COO of BassFan) and Mark Zona are the hosts. Wasn't able to get out on the water this morning so I turned on the tube. Mike Long made mention that he doesn't think he'll be the first one to break the world record but considers himself the "Barry Bonds" by maybe besting that accomplishment. Made mention that he's caught over 18 bass at 15 pounds or more. Also saw Aaron Martens on the Big Bass segment with his nine pounder during the last tourney before the E50's. Just was curious as to what you guys on this messageboard thought.

Hope he does catch the world record. He sure an #%$%% tries hard enough. He's well known even back east on some of the other web-sites.
