They found a liver for Erick and he is being prepped for surgery now. Please keep Darkman in your thoughts and prays

THANKS BE TO GOD! I'm so happy they found a candidate liver for him, and I sure hope they get it transplanted and that it takes first time out! I will certainly say a prayer for him and hope against hope that it all works out well for him!

Please tell him that I miss him think of him often.

the donor was not healthy enough so this transplant was put on hold. Erick is now top of the list at U.C.L.A.

Damn, that sucks that it never happened. I was hoping to hear some good news about this today, hope his spirits are up and he's looking ahead.

I spoke with Erick's wife a couple of hours ago. Erick is having Dialysis today, this will take most of the day and help if a liver comes due again. The issue with the last one was it came from an older doner and the doctors feel they have enough time to wait. They do need a healthy young liver to make the best chance. Cathy has asked that I say thank you to all who are praying and sending positive thoughts Erick's way. I last spoke with Erick last Tuesday and he sounded strong and up beat. keep it going for Erick folks, he needs us now.

Mark,
They have him pretty sedated right now. I'm not to sure a phone call word work at this time. I will pass on all well wishes to Cathy and I may get to see him later as well.
