Al was a dear friend and one of the nicest gentlemen I've ever known. I miss him greatly. Sure hope the turn out is good and that everyone has a great time and I'm sure they'll be sharing some classic memories of fishing and hanging around with Al.

Hey you guys from Inland Empire Bass Masters; Thank You!
I had a great time at the Al Grout Memorial Tournament, tough bite and all! I did not know Al but he must of been one hell of a person and fisherman to leave such an impression on all of you.
One can only wish to be paid such a tribute too when their time comes to leave this world.
Lunch was great! Raffle was great; Even though I didnt win anything!
Being a recent transplant from the central valley; delta, motherlode It was really nice to meet some guys that were like the boys from home and love bass fishing for what it is...
Job well done, Like Mrs. Grout said! Al is proud of you and will be making the next cast with ya!
Thanks again!
