Big thanks to Powell and Keith Bryant of Powell Rods! Turnover time for my broken rod was super fast. Keith was very kind! Great customer service Powell! Thank you!!

Keith is a very nice guy!
Recently I returned my broken dropshot rod to Powell and got a brand new replacement free of charge ! Keith treated me like VIP. I was falling asleep smiling from ear to ear. :lol: :) :D :lol: :lol:

Did you guys call personally and talk to Keith or did you just send in the rod? I just broke the tip off of my 704 CB that I got in April :cry: :cry: I just went to Fishermans Warehouse and paid the $40 and replaced A 705 in the past but they don't have the replacement for my 704 CB in stock. I have TOC in three weeks and realy need my 704. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I have to say that Keith and Powell have been by far the easiest ROD company that I have ever dealt with. In fact the replacement policy can not be beat. Recently I was in a very bad boating accident and about all my equipment (boat included) was broken/totaled and luckily enough I was able to take a few rods back to FW and exchange them for new ones so I was at least able to keep fishing (from who ever has an avaliable backseat). Thanks Keith/Powell for the amazing service and the great rods. Thanks its really appreciated especially in these tough times. :mrgreen:

Just saw the picture of your boat this morning. WOW!!!!!!!!!!! :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: I've seen jeeps that couldn't make it over the rocks you had your Kitty on!!!!!!!!!!!
