All,
I have to tell you, despite what some people have said, Ranger Boats continues to amaze me with their customer service. They aren't perfect, but they come through with surprises all the time.
I have a 2005 Z21 and the step up to the front deck recently cracked in half. Also, the center lid has a few stars on it and cracking a bit. It isn't clear if these parts are technically under warranty or not, but Ranger is interested in taking care of their customers. I sent them an email yesterday and they will send me the parts as a warranty. No hassles, no questions, just do it.
I want to thank Ranger Boats once again for their great customer service.
Thank you Ranger Boats

Hey, wait a minute. I haven't even been on your boat since I got mine. Could this be from before October 2009.

Hi Jeffrey...very funny. It is because since I made the CBF State Team, I need my boat PERFECT for Lake Powell and the Regional Championships. You know how it is to fish big water...or...maybe you don't

Jeffrey, you should try your fishing skills on the California Bass Federation. See if you can fish our little itty bitty lakes and make the state team for 2012. Our championships will be in October at the Delta. Come out and see us for Region 7 and bring a couple of friends too. If you aren't comfortable fishing as a boater, you can fish as a non-boater too
