Mike was instrumental in establishing the way that bass tournaments were (and still are) run at Castaic Lake and he always went the extra mile to assure that our events ran smoothly - especially our Bassing For Abused Kids charity events.
Mike was also instrumental in helping to resolve the 2003 lake closure crisis and with several other major issues affecting bass tournaments at Castaic Lake.
It is very clear that Mike always had unparalleled passion to make things right.
