2006 Ranger Z-21 w/ no motor

This Ranger Z21 has no motor . The motor was totaled out by the extended warranty company . The boat has Evinrude Controls and gauges. The boat needs new seats they are torn . Boat is equipped with :

10 " hydraulic jackplate
minn kota 101 tm with lift assist and gimble mount
padded front deck
Lowrance LMS 332C W/ GPS on dash
Lowrance HDS7 on bow
keel guard
single console
trailer has just been redone . great condition .
pics upon request
boat is equipped with scratches and a few dings
carpet is faded but not torn .

the nada blue book is at " 17k low " and " 19k average ".
