Terrova 80 transducer issue

My universal transducer doesn't work. Is this an easy fix? Any help would be appreciated.

you didn't say if it had been working?
take the cap off the upper part of the motor
and make sure the connector is tight. it's not
hard to find, a big metal connector. look for any pinches
on the cable that run to you transducer.
if you can't find any the sonar unit will have to be replaced.
in all of these years I've only had 1 bad unit in here.
and that was a US-1 system. yours is a US-2
check all of your connections, i suspect that's your problem.
