Re: Reminder to Tournament Orgs
There is no add new thread button in the new tournament section, so will a regular user who isn't with an organization be able to start a tournament thread. If not they have to do it in the main forum, or is that not allowed?
If it is allowed I think we all know that guys will make post on behalf of the organizations they support. I think if you allow everyone to add a new thread in the new area the problem is solved, and anything in the main forum just gets moved.
It is not like nobody ever makes a tournament post.

Re: Reminder to Tournament Orgs
Bob, the first post about an event needs to be posted in it's own region (there are 4 choices). From there, all of these posts are available for responses in either the regional forum or the main catch all Tournament Forum below the Regional Forums. All posts in the Regional Forums automatically post simultaneously to the main tournament forum.
Any time we make changes...there is certainly the possibility for glitches. Please feel free to email or call me or Wayne any time. We are working hard to make this as user friendly as possible for all site users and tournament orgs.

Re: Reminder to Tournament Orgs
John sorry i posted on the forum first...i posted on the tournament forum so now am i allowed to post about my tournament on the open forum?
Re: Reminder to Tournament Orgs
Thanks John.
I must have got some bad intel as I was told you were going to fix it. My question though is where do regular user tournament post go? If A forum member / user is all fired up about the US OPEN and just wants to talk about it on his favorite bass forum, where does he post? I don't see anyone talking about tournaments in general like about strategy, rules favorites, weights, paybacks, best anglers etc. But typically there are a lot of post like that. Does it belong on main forum or T forum?

Re: Reminder to Tournament Orgs
Bob: Yes, those type of conversations are fine in the main Bass Fishing Forum.
