i have a 79 hydra sports that needs some work with a merc 115 thats not blown but needs some stuff ill give it to you for 800 i can text you pics

Are you looking for a brand new boat for $4,000 or is this amount for a down payment?

If you're looking for a late model, fiberglass, ready to fish, used boat for $4,000, I don't believe you'll find anything. You might try looking on boattrader.com and see if they have anything in your price range. At the very least you'll get an idea of how much boats with your specifications are going for.
