Poker Stars/ Full Tilt WTF?

This is not fishing related but I know some of yall like to play poker, and I dont know if I am just late to the game but had some time to kill and decided to log into my pokerstars account and play some poker. Anyway the FBI has shut all US gaming down !!! I sware goverment just cant keep thier nose out of nothing these days ! I say if the people are getting paid (and I always did) and no ones complaining leave it alone ! Thought this was HOME OF THE FREE? Dont seem like it lately.

So whats a good online poker site yall have tried ?

It's all about money....As in the Gov. ain't getting any....I can't stand this admin. The U.S. attorney doesn't prosecute real crimes but spends his time and resources on this.

Yea i couldnt believe it myself its been about two months. Our Gov is a real crime org sometimes if they dont get their cut they well make sure no one else is either.

Well, I read a story where some of the founders and owners(Pro Players you used to see on TV) of these poker sites were arrested for fraud. They only allowed online players to cash out certain amounts in a period of time. People who had lots of cash in there accounts weren't allowed to cash it all out at once. While at the same time, they (owners) were taking this extra cash you had in your account and went crazy shopping as well as investing in stocks and laundering money for their own personal purposes. The FBI investigated and put a stop to it. Just a summary of what I read a month ago.
Its crazy that these guys had so much money already, but were still breaking the law in the name of greed.

Yeah that happened a while ago.. I never trusted play real money online anyway.. Me and my wife play a live tournament every week and have poker parties almost every weekend as well to get our poker fill... Live tournaments are much better then online anyway!!

I only played .25 poker online, I have won some money playing it was a cheap fun investment to gamble

Well i played lots of online poker and never had a problem getting out my money. I didnt have 100K though

Saw a BPS logo on the hat of one Poker Pro once, so maybe it is fishing related, not to mention its a likely pastime for when game day gets called off and you're on the road stuck doing nothing, haha.

DOM.... yeah we are in SO Cal. or else Id invite you over and take your dough...lol.

I usually have a full table (9-10) game ever saturday night....(waiting for people to get here as I write this) We keep it kinda small... like a $5 or $10 buy in per tournament that pays out the top two... We'll have about 4-5 seperate tournaments per night... We like to hang out, play some cards, have some drinks and basically have a good time, so we keep it on the cheap side.

But every wednesday we go do a tournament at either Soboba Casino or Pechanga casino to get our bigger money tournament fill... (I won last Wednesday) : )
