I am almost positive that is a sacramento perch. I caught a few of them at clear lake about 10 years ago while fishingfor crappie in the spring. The ones that i caught had a almost purple color to them.

Warmouth

At first glance it appeared to be some sort of hybrid. But after a closer study IMHO its a good looking warmouth.

It's a Warmouth

They are cool little fish. If they got bigger we would be having Warmouth tournaments. They are mean little guys with a big mouth.
