Despite the fact Ron Paul came in a solid second in Iowa's straw poll and just a fraction behind Bachmann he gets zero attention from the media for his efforts. I would say the media should be ashamed but we all know they have no shame, but do have agenda's and bias's.

Re: Ron Paul dissed by media
His straight to the point truth confuses them.He will never be elected because he is a poor orator.Sad,he brings alot of great ideas to the table,at least people are starting to ask about other parties and ideas now .

Ron Paul is sounding the alarm we have problem with the Economy and offering some solutions like auditing the Feb. But being a leader of this nation is more than punching numbers. He is nothing more that a manager and not a leader. When he compared abortion to our fallen solders he has no idea of being CINC. Abortion is the murder of babies. When a solders falls he is a voluntary that is willing to give up his life for his county (No questions asked) and that is what Ron Paul does not understand.
In that respect he is no different than Obama – Ron Paul looks at the solder as a dollar bill!!!!

And Marty wants us to think when it comes to war our resources are inexhaustible. Abortion is not murder. You are wrong Marty. Much more intelligent men than yourself have concluded that. Abortion is your political football. You need abortion to win elections. If it were made illegal what the he'll would you have to talk about? Oh yeh. School lunch programs.

Unless the mothers health or life is in jeopardy it is at the very least immoral. But morality is simply an inconvenience for way too many people.
Re: Ron Paul dissed by media
The major media corporations hate him hahaha. Unfortunately, media coverage is a vital aspect of the election process - but without fair and balanced coverage, it's not quite a fair and balanced election either. One has to turn to smaller media sites on the internet to get better coverage.
If you ain't a corporate-pandering Democrat or Republican, good luck in the elections. Even the laws themselves are designed to try to keep folks who aren't a part of the good ol' club out of elections and debates. The major media really does need to start covering him fairly if he is to win, which is the sad truth. The major media is major for a reason. The internet and grass roots campaign can only do so much towards spreading his message, because many voters rely solely on major media coverage for their political news. Fox News alone has an obvious stranglehold on Republican Party voters, and that network is the most biased of all towards Paul. Older folk, who constitute the majority of the vote and are less likely to be internet-savy... well, do we even need to bring them up?
However, with all this against him, Ron Paul is doing especially well so far. We'll see for sure as the elections get closer.
Even if he doesn't win the Republican vote in 2012, the spreading of his ideals is a positive aspect, one that'll hopefully continue to spread and dwell with some of the folks of my generation for future elections. That's the most important thing.
