Reward for lost rod & reel

A buddy of mine lost a brand new Curado E7 on a 7’7” Cumara heavy action rod yesterday at Franks Tract. If anyone happened to snag it please return it for a reward. There’s sentimental value to the rod & reel, the guy had just gotten it the day before as a Xmas gift from a special person dear to him, so needless to say he’s devastated. He lost it inside Franks Tract near the northwest corner, approximately 20 yards from the cut opening out to the False River. We were in only 6 ½ feet of water, but with the outgoing tide and murky water, we tried with everything we had and weren’t able to recover it. I know it’s a long shot, but I’ve seen many fishermen fish that particular area, so hopefully someone might just stumble upon it.
