New development near Sandmound

Haven't posted in a while. Hope you're all doing well.

What's the name of the new development (looks like a smaller version of Disco) near Sandmound? Thinking about fishing there this weekend, launching an inflatable from shore. Are there any regulations I should be aware of before heading there? How's the fishing in there? Navionics hasen't updated yet, what's the depth in there? Any info would be much appreciated!
