TW not doing free shipping over $50 anymore?

Just placed an order and noticed that there was no option for free shipping, my order was for $52.63 and then I paid over $6 for shipping. Anyone else notice this?

They still advertise it on their web page. There are some limitations. You might give them a call.

"Free Ground Shipping Details

* Free Ground shipping on orders over $50.
* Offer valid in the contiguous U.S. Only.

* Limited time offer

I made a purchase end of last week and got free shipping...so not too sure why. My old man made an order as well and got free shipping.

Like drew said, if it was bulky or heavy then you may pay a fee.

your total has to be $50 before they factor shipping cost. they still factor it in ,then take it off after your order is coplete.

52.63 included tax so one more 2 or 3 dollar item would have avoided the 6 dollar shipping

I believe it has to be $50 pre-tax.

Every time I order, I add up the items in my cart to get a total. The total that shows in your cart isn't always correct. I don't know if that's because it includes tax, or it is factoring in shipping, or what. That is why I manually add it up myself to make sure I have $50 pre-tax before I hit the "check out" button.

that is right, before taxes... and i just got a rod, free shipping. and some other items are backordered, but they will all be shipped together for free again !! t.w. is the best by far !!
