The 2012 ZLF Open

[Basstaic]

The ZLF Bass Federation ( http://www.zlfbass.com ) will be hosting the 2012 ZLF Open at Castaic Lake on Saturday, October 27. The entry fees are as follows:
$100 Entry Fee + $10 Mandatory Insurance Fee
$25 Big Fish Option / $15 Mystery Weight Option
$150 puts your team all in

We will pay out to 5th place (25%-1st, 20%-2nd, 15%-3rd, 10%-4th, 5%-5th - 25% goes to club for fundraiser)
100% payback on all options.

The Federation Nation will be hosting a qualifier at Castaic in November, so this is a perfect warm up tourney for all Fed Nation Anglers. Of course all anglers (not just the Fed Nation) are welcome to come take our money!

Gonna try to make this one. Got some things going on today and tomorow but if all goes well I should be there. Hope the w_nd doesn't blow... notice how I didnt actually say the word...hope it works

Supposed to blow out by Friday ... looks like it is going to be perfect for Saturday. We have a lot of awsome items for the raffle afterward too, so be sure to buy some tickets. I just picked up a TFO (Loomis designed) rod, we have four $25 gift certificates for Tackle Express, four $25 gift certificates for Lakeside Marine, and a lot more. Come on out and fish this one.

I'd like thank the ZLF Club for a well run and fun tournament. The club did a lot for the anglers, including a barbeque and a great raffle.

I was lucky enough to win a couple raffle iems- including a Pizz Customs 110 minnow which convinced me that this is a guy Ive been looking for to paint a bunch of baits that need customizing. Also won ironclad gloves and hi performance T shirt. This is high quality stuff that I had not heard of before, I will be getting more of the T's, they are soft, moisture wicking, vented and have no tags or seams- super comfortable
