CBAF Kids Bass Camp

Post by Paul Baker »

The Kids are in need of your help. The CBAF will host it's 8th annual Kids Bass Camp on May 4-5 and we need boaters for Sunday the 5th at Collins Lake. Please let me know if you can help. Contact Paul at 209-852-0157 or email pbakerfam@aol.com. There is no charge to you and you can make a difference in a Kids life through the sport we love.

This is an awesome event for not only for the kids you'll be making "as happy as a kid can be" but you will go home knowing that you made a difference if even if it's just for half a day. :D :D

We need the "Pros" at Collins on Sunday around 6:00 am (launch is free and good for the entire day) We will have coffee and some kind of goodies in the morning before launch and will have lunch waiting for you after the "weigh in" You will be paired with one or two kids who will be waiting to see who their pro is going to be. You'll launch about 7:00 am and return at 11:00 am. All the kids are "winners" no matter how many or how much they weigh in.

Please let us know if this is something you can do for us either by calling or by e mail (contact info in previous post) You can e mail me @ da11@surewest.net. We'd love to have you up there with us on May 5th.
Thanks
P.S. Can this post be made a "sticky"

Mike,
What a generous offer!! As we do pack 50 tackle boxes for the kids, we can always use the donation which holds down our costs. Paul lives down in the Lake Don Pedro area and I live in Roseville so you can contact him. His info is on our web site http://www.thecbaf.com or contact me at da11@surewest.net and we'll make arrangements to pick it up.

We are Blessed to have guys like yourself and Robo who support our events.
Thanks and God's Peace
Dick
