Stolen Lowrance HDS9 touch

Post by pculazzo »

Just a heads up, on Saturday during 6/15/13 during Gone FIshin' Marine's swap meet there was a new HDS 9 stolen out of the retail store. We know who this person is and we have him on video... You know who you are and don't think we will forget your face. Also this guy wasn't the brightest, earlier in the day he actually gave us his email and phone number. Like I said not the brightest

(not laughing at the theft, laughing at the giving of e-mail and phone number, THEN stealing something while on camera)

What a genius!
He'll probably bring it in and try to sell it back to you.

My question is why has this guy not been arrested yet? Seems like a pretty cut and dry case to me since you have all of his info. I actually feel kinda sorry for the guy he must be pretty hard up in order to do such a bold move like that. I hope of the guys out there he comes clean and does the right thing and returns it. I will pray for him...

I had one other thought since they are GPS units couldn't you contact lowance and have them disable the unit or at least get a location on the unit?

I think you should out the POS that stole the unit... Just my opinion!! POS people that would actually steal something like that need to be dealt with.. Post his name, phone number and whatever info you have so everyone can know.. Otherwise why post it here?? Out that clown!!!!

I am in agreement , out the guy and post his name and address , somebody will react and go after him.
On a slightly different note , about 18 months ago in San Jose , a young gang banger stole an Iphone in Palo Alto , took it to San Jose where he supposedly lived. The Police tracked the Iphone with it's GPS to his address , ended up fidning the largest meth home with hundreds of pounds of meth , countless drugs , huge amounts of cash and evidence of the additional people found in this home connected to multiple murders ------all from tracking the stolen phone with GPS.
tight lines ,
