Military Appreciation Tournament on Vail Lake

We are looking for boaters to support a Military Appreciation Tournament on Vail Lake in Temecula, Ca. We will be fishing on Monday, November 11, 2013 which is Veteran's Day. Our cap will be 50 boats due to the small size of Vail Lake itself. If you are interested you can contact Steve Molina or Chaz Hickcox. There is no better way to show your support for our veterans than to take a Marine fishing on Veteran's Day. Come out and enjoy the festivities. There will be a raffle to support Heroes on the Water and introducing an east coast organization called Reel American Heroes Foundation. We look forward to seeing you there!

There is a major change to this event. Due to some of the constraints pertaining to the Federal Government, the Family Day which was supposed to be produced by the 1st Marine Headquarters Group is not happening in conjunction with the tournament. With that being said, the only change the tournament will see is everyone will be responsible for paying a $10.00 parking/launch fee to Vail Lake Resort. I apologize for this change, but it is out of our hands. We will still be able to have a great tournament benefiting some very deserving Marines.
