Favorite fall techniques?

Hey all. Been reading a lot of fall bassin' articles, they all seem to be focused on southern and Easter waters. Looking to get a feel for a western approach. What are some of your guys' favorite techniques/presentations for fall fishing. What types of baits do you throw, is it more of a junk fishing approach or do/have you narrowed it down to a couple or few baits. Looking for input from all over but some specific to NorCal waters would be awesome e.g. Folsom, berryessa, delta, camanche, amador, mother load.
