Need help with purchasing fish finder/GPS combo

Post by knight »

Undecided with what FF to buy. I am looking at the Lowrance Elite 5 HDI or the Raymarine Dragonfly. I am a weekend warrior with an '86 Champion fish and ski. Looking to stay around $500.00. Thanks for suggestions in advance

I have the Elite-5 HDI at the dash and it is very easy to use.

I went ahead and bought the Raymarine Dragonfly. Got a good deal at West Marine for under $500.00 with Gold charts.I saw the floor model and it looks really awesome, can't wait to try it out :D
