best cheap fluoro
I have been using BPS fluorocarbon line, but the price has gone up, and the line is stiffer and less forgiving.
I used to be able to pull kinks straight and the line would be fine, but no more. It was also more stretchy in the lighter weights.
What is the cheapest. but still forgiving, fluoro around now?

Mark,
Check out the sunline super flouro and the silver thread flouro both work great and are pretty inexpensive around 14 for 200 yds. Twarehouse has them both

Not 100% Fluoro but I use yo-zuri, fishermans wharehouse carries 600 yd spools for around twelve bucks, I use mostly 4,6,8 and mostly the 6 and that stuff is tough as nails.

Rather than using a cheaper product I found you're better off buying in bulk when it's on sale. I used to use Yozuri Hybrid Clear and was a big fan, but ran into a few bad spools from line that was sitting on the shelf too long. I've since switched over to using P-Line 100% Flourocarbon and buy the 2000 yd bulk spools from Tackle Warehouse once per year when they have big sale like Black Friday, Xmas, etc.
For the most part all my spinning rods I buy 8lb P-Line 100% Flouro and my bait casting I use 15lb P-Line 100% Flouro which I buy in bulk. If there is a rare occasion where I need to downsize to 6lb or 4lb I'll buy those one off, but don't tend to go through that line very often. Even in deep clear water lakes with 20+ feet of visibility 8lb works, 6lb will get you a few more bites in the long run but you'll also loose more fish when fishing anything with sharp cover. This tends to be the case now on Pleasant/Havasu with the quagga muscles and I find I put more fish in the boat with 8lb.
For baitcasting I almost always use the 15lb test unless I'm throwing reaction baits and need 10-12lb time for cranking. In those situations I buy CXX which is much more abrasion resistant and doesn't necessarily need an invisible line for a moving bait. For cranking 10LB CXX has landed a number of fish in the 5lb-8lb range throwing DD-22's the past few summers on Saguaro Lake and have yet to loose any fish/cranks since switching over. These fish are mean and hit the crank like a freight train. When I was throwing 10-12lb 100% Flouro I lost enough fish/cranks stuck in cover when trying to knock the bait loose that I'd have no problem getting back with CXX. And if you're not hitting some sort of cover you're not getting bit. Anything I need that's heavier than 15lb I'm usually reaching towards braid or braid with a leader with my baitcasters which doesn't get changed out nearly as often as Flourocarbon on my rods.
In the long run I find I'm spending less buying in bulk when TW has a 20% - 30% off sale than buying the 250yd packs one at a time. I also spend more time with a Q-tip over all my guides more often as I found a cracked guide or small amount of epoxy going unnoticed caused me to change my line more often and loose fish. Little things add up over the course of the year and I try to do what I can to minimize my bottom line.

Seaguar red label is a good line for the price. 1000 yard spool isn't a bad price. Not sure how "cheap" your looking for.

Vinnie nailed it here. Buy bulk spools on sale and save big bucks. P-Line has excellent Floro I've been using it for many years. They have Halo ( Green Label spools ) or the Soft Floro ( Blue label spools ) Both are great. Halo is their higher end Floro but I use mostly the Soft Floro. Great stuff!

I won't skimp on my line and what I fish is NOT expensive and is very good stuff. Seaguar Invisix is the line I trust and love.. I buy the 1000yd spools and last me a LONG time as I spool only half a reel with it and the rest in mono or braid. SAVES A TON of coin that way.

I agree with Vinnie, buy in bulk and p-line is the choice for me.
