Is it open to all levels of anglers or limited? Rick G.

The rules are the same as they were last year, Rick. Doesn't matter which boat you run... And unless you're a guide, fish the front in FLW or BASS, or have generally stomped the field since DV opened, you are are not eligible. If anyone is concerned about eligibility, call Kirk Rossi, the TD. He will clarify your eligibility for you.
