Elshere's top WON BASS "Casitas Region" Teams 3/14/2015

Stunning 90° weather and dead flat greasy calm conditions greeted 24 teams for the fourth tournament of the 2015 season on the WON BASS "Casitas Region" team tournament trail. Larry Elshere and his son Eric Elshere made quite the statement as they dropped the hammer and changed the landscape of the 2015 angler of the year standings. Throwing everything they did in practice out the window Larry and Eric went pre-fishing and ran into a five bass bag weighing 22.56 pounds to capture the victory and $1,450.00 in cash and the title. In second place was the team of Paul Ramsey and Matt Lindsey as they put together a solid five fish limit going 19.65 pounds and collected $1,550.00 in cash for their days work. John Kayaran and Fred Klinshaw put together a quality five bass bag weighing 18.76 pounds to capture third-place and $540.00 in cash. Fan favorites Kurt Ebken and his son KC Ebken had one of their highest placing finishes with five bass weighing 17.13 pounds and collected $200.00 in cash and trophies for fourth place. Collecting the Spencer McKenzie’s award for finishing in fifth place was last tournaments runner-up Bill Griffith and Chris DeMoor as they slid another nice limit on the scales weighing 14.81 pounds to capture fifth Place and $200.00 in cash.
