I live in Santa Rosa. I am the third owner. The original owner was a friend of the second owner. The second owner told me the original owner used it two times and sold it to him.

Beyond your maintenance (change impeller, etc.) has it recently been into a shop for service? Any history of problems with the motor? Any stress fractures or other imperfections in the body? I would be interested in more photos.

I just keep up with the scheduled/ routine maintenance and the motor has never been in the shop for anything other than scheduled maintenance.
