Brian,

When I filled mine out yesterday I got a message that said I couldn't save the PDF. It loaded in the browser though. I think it may have to do with what version of Acrobat Reader the user has installed.

BTW...My entry went out in the mail yesterday with your name on it to confirm my entry as a non-boater for Castaic on the 11th.
