WWBT Co-Anglers NEW Award Program - Co's have never had a chance like this

January 2016 – Lucas Oil’s Vice President of Brand Development Jamie Devney stated “The Co-Angler is so vitally important to tournament fishing. We believe in supporting the men, women, and young teens that make up an important part of the growth and future of this sport.”

Matt Morgan Co-Founder of the WWBT was excited when Lucas Oil expressed interest in supporting the ...Co Anglers of WWBT. “Adding this additional value to our great Co-Angler customer base will only increase the awareness and participation in our events. When I heard the Professional Angler’s names that will be providing fishing trips to these Co-Anglers, I wanted to go on a few of them myself. Lucas Oil Professionals such as; David Walker, Mark Menendez, John Murray, and many more.”

Program Details:

Lucas Oil will reward Co Angler contestants with the “Lucas Oil Co-Angler Award Program.” Lucas Oil and WWBT will award 20 prizes.

Here is how you qualify;

All Co Anglers who fish 3 or more WWBT Pro Am events in either the California or Arizona regions combined will qualify. A drawing of those anglers’ names will be selected at the conclusion of the WWBT season.

Fishing trip is for (2) drawings taking both anglers to the Venice Fishing Lodge in Venice Louisiana.

You all have really stepped this thing up and I have been on the phone and internet trying to get guys to get off the fence. This is the BEST co-angler program out there. Now it is time to go fishing.

Good stuff WWBT!!! Many of us co-anglers are not there for a boat ride. We are competitors who love the sport and we too are professionals. We love prizes and to be considered a vital participant in this great sport. When anyone attempts to do well on behalf of this passion of so many good people we should support the effort and assist the success to grow the business. I appreciate the non-shared weight format and I appreciate the consideration to the back seater's. Nice touch WWBT - I have spent a day on the water with many of the Anglers on the participant listing and know that this is a great opportunity. Every one of these guys are fine gentlemen and fantastic anglers. Keep the prizes coming to the co's - it's a good thing and we appreciate the thought and the wise business move. Good luck WWBT and don’t stop this good thinking - there are more opportunities.
