Ben Green Insurance with Angler Contingency Program

Contest Period: January 1, 2017 through December 31st, 2017.
The highest placing Boater in An Approved Event will win an additional $100 provided they have a qualifying Ben Green Insurance Agency policy.
The Highest placing Non Boater in an Approved Event will win an additional $50 provided they have a qualifying Ben Green Insurance Agency policy.
Top Team with one Ben Green Insurance Agency insured will be awarded $150. Boat Sticker must be visible or Jersey logo.
Contestant must have an insurance policy in good standing with Ben Green Insurance Agency. Policy must be in force for 30 days prior to an approved event. Lake Shasta Cutoff is 1-23-2017.
Qualifying Policies include: Boat Insurance, Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Renters Insurance, Business Insurance, RV Insurance, Gun Liability and potentially other policies.
Contestant must have either an Official Boat Sticker with the agency logo visible on their boat during the event or an official logo visible on their Jersey during the event.

Winners acknowledge that Ben Green Insurance Agency may post their Photo on social media outlets including but not limited to Fishing Related Internet Sites, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
Open to contestants who are residents of California only in an event held in California.
Claim form must be completed and received by Ben Green Insurance Agency no later than 30 days after the event has concluded. E-mail address is Ben@Bengreenins.com.
Events can be added and deleted prior to the event per the discretion of Ben Green Insurance Agency.
The contingency awards may be increased at any time at the sole discretion of Ben Green Insurance Agency.
Approved Events: (Subject to increase based on success of the program)
Wild West: All California Pro / Am and Team Events. No Arizona or Nevada Events.
Co-Angler operating a boat that is insured by Ben Green Insurance Agency must have own policy to qualify.
