College of Bass YETI RamblerĀ® from Plano for Bass Fishing Hall of Fame

Grand Prairie, TX - Plano's College of Bass is going strong on the Plano Fishing Facebook page, and now there's a little something extra for bass fishing fans. The new Plano® College of Bass YETI Rambler® is now available at the Plano website, and perhaps best of all, the proceeds from this special edition will help support the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame.

The College of Bass series features bass fishing legend Kevin VanDam and Co host Steve Pennaz plus other seasoned fishing pros providing a crash course to help bass anglers catch more and bigger bass. These "Live on Facebook" episodes will remain available for viewing on the Plano Fishing Facebook page or Youtube Channel for those who miss the actual airing of the episode. If you're a bass fisherman, you don't want to miss all the tips, tricks, and techniques from Kevin VanDam and other fishing guests. The College of Bass run every Wednesday at 7pm Central time though March.

The new special edition College of Bass YETI Rambler features a black finish with the College of Bass logo prominently displayed above a smaller Plano logo. A clear polymer MagSlider™ Lid helps keep beverages hot or cold while controlling sloshing as you motor your way to your favorite fishing spot. Naturally, this special edition 20-ounce Rambler features YETI's double-wall stainless steel construction with vacuum insulation to keep your drink at the perfect temperature. These limited edition Ramblers were available only as part of a weekly College of Bass prize pack, but they have been in such demand Plano and YETI decided to offer them for sale.

Proceeds from the Plano College of Bass YETI Rambler will benefit the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame, a nonprofit organization led by a volunteer board of directors dedicated to celebrating, promoting, and preserving the sport of bass fishing.

Taking a step beyond honoring the greats in the sport of bass fishing, the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame awarded four conservation grants last year. The awardees were selected through a highly competitive process, and they represent a diverse group of deserving projects. These grants include the Clarks Hill Youth Fishing Team, Virginia Bass Chapter Federation, Illinois B.A.S.S. Nation, and Indiana Bass Federation, totaling at $15,000. The Johnny Morris' Wonders of Wildlife Museum and Aquarium also received a portion of the grant to help support its ongoing conservation education programs directed to ensure kids stay connected to nature and learn about fishing, hunting and the great outdoors.

Tune in to the College of Bass every Wednesday through March 24 on the Plano Fishing Facebook Page. If you want to learn more about fish behavior, tackle, tactics, and equipment to help you hook more bass, you will want to attend the tuition-free College of Bass.
