Stacy gets her limit during first-ever river salmon trip
SACRAMENTO — Many anglers have struggled to catch their first salmon of the season this year on the Sacramento River, since fishing has been tough with the warm water and hot weather conditions.
In contrast, Stacy Barawed, who was born and raised in Stockton, went fishing on the Sacramento River on her first-ever river salmon trip and landed a limit of two quality kings before 9 a.m. on Sept. 22.
