Who May Redeem?
You must be a resident of the 48 contiguous USA or D.C. (or PR for Sirius only). Submit a valid credit card (may be combined with a SiriusXM prepaid service card) at time of activation.
How To Redeem?
Visit www.siriusxmrewards.com/water17100, go to "Offer Details " page and follow steps or mail the following, postmarked by 60 days from date of activation, to the address on the Official Rebate form: (1) A completed rebate form, and (2) a copy of purchase receipt to SiriusXM Rebate Processing, Offer# 17-94088, PO Box 540035, El Paso, TX 88554-0035. Limit 1 rebate per radio, 3 per address.

Our Marine satellite weather service is available for sale only to those in the 48 contiguous USA and DC. This offer cannot be combined with any other. Offer not valid on pre-owned radios. Must maintain at least 60 days of continuous service to receive your rebate.
How Long Will It Take?
If the necessary information has been submitted by within 60 days from date of activation from date of activation and before March 1, 2017, we will verify that your subscription has been activated and that the account is active and in good standing for 60 days. Your Visa Prepaid Card will be mailed to the name and address on the rebate form after submission within 4 weeks of verification of good-standing. All fees and programming subject to change.
Visa Card Details:
Use your card anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Your SiriusXM Visa Prepaid Card cannot be redeemed for cash at an ATM, is not refillable, returnable, or refundable. Use your card soon after activation because your card is subject to an Account Maintenance Fee, applied each month after six months, until the balance of the account is $0.00.
