It’s Boat Show Season! |
Half Past First Cast is headed on the road this spring to spread the word about the joys of fishing travel and in particular the venues that we return to again and again.
|
We’ll go straight from Chicago to Nashville, where we’ll be helping out Captain Shane Jarvis of Sport Fish Panama Island Lodge at the Safari Club International national convention. The show runs from January 31 through February 3, and we’ll be there Thursday, Friday and Saturday. If you’ve always wanted to catch tuna and marlin and roosterfish and up to a dozen or so other species in the same week, this is the venue for you. |

If those aren’t convenient, we also plan to be at the Richmond (VA) Fishing Show on Saturday, January 20. We won’t be exhibiting, but we’ll be walking around visiting with friends and checking out all of the gear. We’ll be wearing Half Past First Cast branded clothing, so even if we have not met before, please stop us and let’s talk fishing. The same is true at the Bassmaster Classic in Tulsa, Oklahoma, from March 22-24. I may end up spending more time at the Expo than Pete (who will be working for BASS that week) but if you see either or both of us, please stop us and let’s talk. If your brand will be exhibiting there and you have products of interest to our readers, let us know — we’d love to produce a ton of content while we’re there. |

Of course, if you can’t make it to any of these shows, phone and email are still great ways to find out more about our trips. If you’re considering the “trip of a lifetime” to Mexico, Alaska, Guatemala or Panama — or want advice on other options — reach out any time. |
