1996 Mariner 200 carburated.
The powerhead was a couple years old when I bought it last year. Had some loose connections that cleared up some hesitation issues. I recently had the heads shaved by Jay Smith Racing. First time out after i did that the motor lost power and stopped.
Pulled the heads and 1 cylinder piston had a melt down. No damage to the block. The cylinder walls don't look too bad. Could be a just replace 1 piston and rock and roll. The motor has been removed from the boat.
