My 04 with an Evinrude 225 same cherry condition 12 hours of use ran me 20k and that was the most I was willing to pay with an engine that sat so long. Lucky for me she’s still running like a champ.

Breezier is that a Ficht or an Etech? I’ve had really good luck with my 2000 175 Ficht runs like a top. I’ll bet your 225 goes like a striped ape
